Ferberizing...or something like that
Last night was our first night of Ferberizing. Owen did pretty well for the most part. I on the other hand am cranky and have a sore neck. I knew that this was going to be harder on me than him! :)
Never heard of this...hope it's working. Super Nanny has a sleeping technique which we have used in the past. They are usually pretty wiped out from the day especially since they don't take naps anymore. Keep up the good work. You are a great mom!
